PUPPY CONTRACT  This is a copy of our full contract no need to print this unless you like . Once we receive your deposit our puppy program will automatically fill in everything for your puppy and you will receive a shortened hard copy in the mail . The following agreement is between  (breeder), hereafter

referred to as "Seller," and _ ___________________, hereafter referred to as "Purchaser."

In consideration of a deposit of ($ ___.__ ) dollars, Toward a total Purchase price of ($_____.00) Pet plus Sales Tax and Delivery Fees if needed. Seller assigns Purchaser the option to acquire the dog described below, guaranteeing that the dog will not be sold to any party other than Purchaser for a period of no more than 60 days. At the time Purchaser acquires physical possession of the dog, that portion of the deposit taken will be applied to the purchase price. If the balance of the total purchase price is not paid by the time the pup is 9 weeks old, the deposit is forfeit and pup will be available for sale to public again, & deposit will not be refunded. As more advertising will need to be made to re-market the puppy. Purchaser assumes all responsibilities for collecting the puppy within the time allowed, and understands Deposits are non-refundable. If you change your mind you loose your deposit, as we are removing the puppy from the “for sale” list. However, if the puppy should become ill or if I am unable to deliver you a healthy puppy then deposit will be refunded. Or you may apply to a different pup. I

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

The above puppy is being purchased as a companion animal [pet], and not for

breeding purposes. If at any time the buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, the seller is to be notified and given FIRST OPTION of resuming full ownership. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the dog to be placed in an animal Shelter, or similar establishment (Rescue). Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this dog to be used in dog fighting, or similar activities. It is understood that this agreement is to protect the Integrity of the sellers' bloodlines and well being of this animal. If at any time you wish to have your pet become a breeder you must let the seller know before purchase as we do not sell breeding rights with our puppy's, If you are looking for a breeding dog please discuss with seller prior to purchase. No guarantee is given as to size, weight, hair coat, breed ability, or disposition of puppy.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of some diseases, they cannot always be eliminated or should they be if tied to certian genetic markers, It is the job of the Breeder through selective breeding, to try to eimate a that can be, and have carriers where there should be.

HEALTH GUARANTEE & LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty covers only the puppy described in this agreement. To activate the guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 3 business days from date of delivery or receiving the pet.This Puppy has been on NuVet and you will be required to continue to use NuVet Vitamins for a minimum of 90 days after you take your puppy home. The puppy is guaranteed for one year from the puppy’s date of birth for any life threatening congenital or hereditary disorders. If Veterinarian finds the puppy to be unsuitable, return puppy immediately, with a full vet statement as to the health problems with the pup. Changing your mind, family dispute,Failure to pick up from delivery or in person, landlord problems does not warrant a refund.

The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this

sale. The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 72 hours for a physical examination. If puppy is declared to be in a life threatening condition, genetic or heredity problems, by a licensed Veterinarian, return puppy along with all registration papers, along with a written report from veterinarian to seller, and puppy will be replaced with one of equal value. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the dog may, upon written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned for another dog of equal value. NO CASH WILL BE REFUNED, unless replacement puppy is not available within 120 days. Seller is NOT responsible for any Veterinarian charges, shipping charges or delivery charges. Seller’s liability is limited to the price paid for the puppy, no other charges or fees. Any shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer’s expense. Any such diagnoses must be accompanied in writing. Any veterinarian’s diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen by the seller. Should said veterinarian not concur with the diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the seller and the purchaser. The pet will have current shots & worming's to the date of pick up by the new owner. All appropriate shots for the puppy’s age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied. However puppies are not fully immune until vaccination series is complete. These diseases can be spread via contact, air, hands and clothing, take precautions.Due to the varying kinds of food and different environmental conditions the puppies come in contact with; and the fact that all puppies have immune systems that take time to mature.

We highly recommend NuVet Vitamins to help them maintain optimal health. We are so confident NuVet will benefit your new puppy; we will extend our guarantee by __12__ months. To qualify for this guarantee extension you must give your new puppy NuVet Vitamins, using the manufacturer’s recommended daily dosage, for the entire guarantee period. Failure to do so makes this guarantee extension null and void." We also highly recommend you continue to give your pet NuVet Plus beyond the guarantee period to promote optimal health for a lifetime.

Health guarantee is VOID if they are not kept current on vaccinations, worming's & fed a high quality diets (one with no by-products)This Health Guarantee is forfeited by Purchaser if the puppy is fed a high protein - low carb diet, which causes liver enzyme increases and kidney problems. This Health Guarantee is also forfeited if the puppy is fed a raw or homemade diet. The puppy must be fed an age-appropriate, premium-brand puppy food for the first year.No guarantee is made against viral infections after forty eight hours. All Guarantees pertain to the original purchaser only. Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia, coccidia, giardia, internal/external parasites (worms, fleas, ticks), alopecia, cold or heat related issues, physical or emotion stress; non-descending testicles, luxating patellas, stenotic nares on brachycephalic pups.This guarentee DOES NOT cover the following minor flaws or any condition that is minor and can be corrected by Veterinarian intervention. Such as Open Fontanel, Uneven bite: this is not a health problem, Ears not standing, Coat color(Coat color can change as puppy matures),Size, Hernias of any category, or stenotic nares on brachycephalic pups. All puppies sold as pets only. Not covered is any outside accidents example: hit by car, stepped on etc. We do not assume any bills incurred concerning this pet. Also: if a person is looking to do a charge back after receiving the puppy as a form of scamming the breeder, We do take all charge backs seriously and will take to civil court as well as show up at your door with the sheriff and papers, to collect the puppy in which you received credit for and then take to civil court for travel and expenses and fees.Please don't think that committing credit card fraud is a good idea to get a free pup, It's Not!This guarantee is not valid if the puppy is sold or given to a third party. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Kansas. It is agreed that the place of venue of any litigation or arbitration shall be in Saline or Dickinson County, Kansas. and shall not exceed the price paid of said puppy, no Veterinarian, shipping or delivery fees will be covered by the seller.

If an issue(s) may arise, issue(s) will be taken up with breeder  . Purchaser will discuss the issue(s) with email, text messaging, phone calls or US Postal . Purchaser will surrender any records requested by breeder that will be needed to further review issue(s). Such as but not limited to vet reports, signed vet statement, shot record, type of dog food, water sample, access to living conditions of puppy, pictures of puppy/dog. If any slander or false information is posted on any social Site such as but not limited to Facebook, Twitter , Etc. or the Internet, Breeders reserve the right to sue for damages that may arise or occur up to 7 years from posting.

 My (the buyer) E-Mails, Payment(s), Facebook Messages,&/or applicatation stating/implying I(buyer) want the puppy, WILL serve as your Signature.

*Unconditional Guaranty: You may return the dog at any time in the pets life for us to find a suitable home for him or her, with no questions asked. It wi be as a surrender basis no monies wi be refunded. We will not cover any delivery charges to return the puppy. We will at no time ever attempt to resell your pet, only charges to new owner would be vet care to make current if anything was not done to pet.

*Congenital Disease Guaranty: If a congenital disease develops within one year of purchase [I reserve the right to have the animal examined by a vet of my choice at my expense to confirm the diagnosis.] We will give you another puppy of your choice. When the pup is returned(if buyer wants) ALL the paperwork must be returned. [This does not apply to faults or defects, which are not covered by our guarentee.]

Describing words such as "Teacup", "Tiny", "Imperial", are not breeds just size indicatations to let you know the pup may be under/over Akc standard size.
